for private events

People enjoying fresh açaí at Boa Vida's food truck during a lively event. Our food truck is available for private events, fully compliant with health and safety standards in Summit and Salt Lake Counties, and equipped with onboard power and water.

Our Trailer

  • The Boa Vida trailer has passed all Summit County Health and Fire inspections. We are also permitted in Salt Lake County

  • All of our employees have passed and currently hold ServSafe food handlers certificates.

  • We hold our own water and wastewater.

  • We can provide our own power with our generator, but if you are looking for a quiet event, we can plug directly to house power with a simple extension cord. Our trailer draws 20 amps of electricity.
