Catering & Event Bookings

To book Boa Vida Açaí LV for catering or a private event, contact us at (702) 661-8822 or boavidaacailv@gmail.com. Booking details — including date, serving time, menu, guest count and pricing — are confirmed with you in writing before your event. Please book as early as you can; popular dates fill up fast.

Truck Visits & Parking

Our trailer is fully self-contained with its own power and water and is licensed in Clark County. All we need is a reasonably flat place to park with room for guests to line up. If your location or event requires permits or venue approval, we’ll work with you to make sure they’re in place before the day.

Menu & Allergens

We serve authentic Brazilian açaí bowls, smoothies, and Waffle Bliss. Our menu can include nuts, peanut butter, dairy, gluten and other allergens, and everything is prepared in a shared mobile kitchen — so we can’t guarantee any item is completely allergen-free. Please tell us about allergies when you book, and ask our team before ordering if you have questions about ingredients.

Payments

We accept major credit cards and cash through our Square point of sale. Catering payment terms, including any deposit, are agreed with you when your booking is confirmed.

Cancellations & Weather

Plans change — if you need to cancel or reschedule a catering booking, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to find a new date. As a mobile outdoor operation, severe weather may force us to reschedule a truck visit for safety; we’ll reach out promptly if that ever affects your event.
